The school lies in 15 acres of land between the village of Tias and Puerto Del Carmen with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The school site is mainly surrounded by rustic land but also has a golf course to one side. This provides the ideal location to study away from the distractions that may be found in built up areas.

The school can be reached by taking the turning for Rancho Texas from the LZ40 (Carretera Las Playas) and following the road round.
